    How to check Status of Pre-Matric Scholarship:

    What is Pre-Matric Scholarship for Minorities:

    Pre matric scholarship is for class 1st to class 10th students who belongs to poor family and who belongs to minority category Let me explain some basic details of this.

    Guidelines to URDU CRPs : -

    Step 1 : Printing the School wise List of Students whose Bank Details need to be Collected by School HM (Head Master) / Principal

    1 : You need to Click on the official website in PRE-MATRIC.
    2: After above please use your Username & Password for login to your Block.
    3: Now you have to click on the option where written Student List without Bank Details Tab.
    4: Then you need to check your school name and after that click there and export details using click button.
    5: When you will export file you will get a downloaded file in your Laptop or PC in this you will get school list.
    6: If you want to get all school list than repeat above process.
    7: After that you need to take printout of all downloaded PDF keep them ready for Step 2.

    Step 2: In this step you need to handle all printed list to respective HM (Head Master) / Principal.

    1: You need to keep the printouts which you have taken in step 1 which are school wise so List of Students ready at the BEO Office.
    2 : You need to contact Head master or school or principal of school for hand over the respective School List (which you have downloaded in step 1). HM (head master) / Principal don’t have user name and password so you are giving them the list.
    3: You have to give instructions to head master of school or principal of school whom you are submitting the printouts tell them they need to fill all the details in clean Handwriting and submit them before the last date to the BEO Office (Urdu CRP).
    4: Please remember that these if you lose any details or printouts then many students will not getting this pre matric scholarship amount so please do complete work carefully. Collect the filled in School wise List from the School HM (Head master of school) / Principal and file them in BOX Files.

    Step 3: In this step you need to enter Data of Account Nos in the ONLINE Software.

    1: please arrange all files in school wise and login into the Online Software.
    2: After you will login in online software, you need to click on the Tab –” Bank Details Update “.
    3: Than you need to search schools by Selecting” School wise Search ” Option.
    4: After that you will get list of students whose Bank Account No. needs to be updated.
    5: Then Click on the Edit option.
    6: Fill the Bank Account Details of the Student and Click on Save Final.
    Note:
    Remember that bank account details of students should filled correctly because if you fill incorrect details then the amount will not transferred to students the format for account detail should be (10 / 12 / 14 / 16 digit).

    How to fill application form for Pre-Matric Scholarship for Jains:

    The students who are studying in class first to class tenth can apply for Pre matric scholarship, the students should be from minority communities.
    Fresh and renewal Pre-Matric Scholarship 2013-2014 and updating of Bank Details Of Students :-

    some of the students who are needy have got the sanctioned amount last year 2013-14, but it has not been transferred into their account .Kindly look into the matter and help the student realize the amount.Some of the bank details furnished by the school authorities are not uploaded into the list and so the amount has not been released still.kindly do the needful at the earliest
