    Employees who are working under the state Government of Uttar Pradesh has given the facility for General Provident Fund (सामान्य भविष्य निधि) and employees who got there retirement has provided the Pension (पेंशन) by the Accountants General Uttar Pradesh (महालेखाकार उत्तर प्रदेश). The AG UP dept also works other works like auditing and accounting to the stakeholders (हितधारकों के लिए लेखांकन) it also responsible for the public fund o keep maintain and providing records. To handle all the works related auditing, accounting, gpf and pension the accountant general ag up has made a website via the help of accounting department and the NIC team of Uttar Pradesh. This website online www.agup.nic.in is the one of series portal in the list of accountant general it has all the data online for fund and accounting related. One of the biggest statesí in population and area the Uttar Pradesh state AG department is responsible to handle all the works for fair system because itís very tuff to keep all things clear where most of the 45% citizens belong from govt departments. As per the 2011 census (जनगणना) total population (जनसंख्या) were approximately more than 19.9 crore on which have total literacy rate (साक्षरता दर) were approximately 70% in which more that 80% males are giving there parts along with the 60% females. The state stands in 1st place for population in India and in density also which has total 820 square km. Right now Mr. Akhilesh Yadav (श्री अखिलेश यादव) is working as chief minister of state who belongs from Samajwadi Party - SAPA (समाजवादी पार्टी - सपा ). The state also has more numbers of district from other state here total 75 district comes under the up govt. So as per the population, density and district its not easy to look and maintain gpf / pension accounts. For this the UP govt has a powerful work system in accountant general department. In the starting history of ag up it was come in light on Oct 1862 but the office of AG UP United Provinces (संयुक्त प्रांत) started on 30 January 1950. It works as per the rules and regulation by the Indian Audit and Accounts Dept.

    The online website www.agup.nic.in is the only one website in state who has all rights to providing the online facilities. It is parted in following areas:

It is responsible to submit the annual account reports to the head office along with the all finance reports. Itís also play a main role in budget making and all the financial management in state. The online portal of www.agup.nic.in is the main link for communication between all the citizens and accountant general department. It works under the Principal of Accountant General (महालेखाकार के प्रधान) which has four more parts Senior DAG for civil audit and AG for Comm and Receipt along with two parts of AG I and AG II.

    Under the entitlements branch comes the gpf section and pension section. In the section for gpf the AG UP provides the online facility to get the statement, missing fund information and ledger card (स्टेटमेंट, गुम निधि जानकारी और खाता कार्ड). Along with the details also provided by it for final payment (अंतिम भुगतान), reconciliation cases details (सुलह के मामलों का विवरण). It has also a part for Pension A/c holders through which they can search information related to there fund and can download forms for various matters.

    In the facility section for citizens of Uttar Pradesh it has also a section for online grievance (ऑनलाइन शिकायत) where any of working or retired employee can make there registration to submit there complaint for any gpf or pension related issue. It also provides the online grievance status checking (ऑनलाइन शिकायत स्थिति की जाँच) facility for all the candidates.     The GPF information has been provided on the official website www.aguup.nic.in section of entitlement where all the employees can check there balance status and can get the statement of there account fund time to time. This facility can be used round the clock. Follow the given below steps to check your account balance online:

    @==> Employees who want to see the status of there account balance of gpf first need to go on the official website of www.agup.nic.in where you have to select the option of Accounts and Entitlement

    How to Check GPF Account Missing Credits in Uttar Pradesh Accountant General Website Online

    The online official website of ag up has also a section to check the gpf missing credits. If any govt staff has fund missing from the account then he can use this service. In which he needs to follow the steps provided below:

    @==> In first step go to the online website www.agup.nic.in and select the same option again for Accounts & Entitlement
    प्रथम चरण में आप पुनः भविष्य निधि के पृष्ठ पर जाएँ तथा लेखा एवं हकदारी का चयन करे

    @==> Now on the page select the serial wise options for Entitlements > GPF Information > GPF Missing Credits and you will get the page to check your fund.
    अब आप क्रमानुसार लाभार्थी > जीपीएफ जानकारी > जीपीएफ गुम क्रेडिट दिए हुए विकल्पों का चयन करें

    @==> Select the Select GPF Series from given menu
    दिया हुए विकल्पं में से अपनी जीपीएफ सीरीज चुने

    @==> Now enter your GPF Account Number on given section
    अपना जीपीएफ नंबर अंकित करे

    @==> Now enter your GPF PIN number which has been provided you via the DDO / Treasury / AG Office
    अब अपना पिन अंकित करें जो आप को डीडीओ / ट्रेजरी / एजी कार्यालय से प्राप्त हुआ है

    After filling all the section enter to the submit option and get your details for missing credits. Through this mode you can enter on your ac and can check all information.

    How to Check Pension Account Uttar Pradesh Retired Employees from AG Website

    The Govt of SAPA is also provided the facility for retired employees by the state govt. In which the state govt and ag dept of up has provided a pension account to them where they can check regular there fund. The main motive to made the website is to provide the relaxation for 70+ citizens in state. See the process below to check your gpf account information:

    @=> First go to the web portal of ag up via www.agup.nic.in after visiting on the page you need to follow the steps and need to click on as per following:

    In search option you are able to find your account via the two options first is PPO / Case Number Wise and second is Name Wise select one of them. If you want to search through the PPO / Case number then enter it or select the name wise option where first you need to select the name of your treasury and then enter your name to check the details.

    How to Submit Online Grievance and After that Status Checking for GPF / Pension Account in UP
    जीपीएफ और पेंशन में परेशानी हेतु ऑनलाइन शिकायत केसे दर्ज कराएँ तथा स्थिति की जाँच प्रक्रिया
    The dept also has the facility to submit your complaint online in which you have to fill a application form for complaint / grievance. See the mention below process for registration and to check the status of your filed issue.

    @=> First go to the official website www.agup.nic.in and click as per theAccounts & Entitlement => Online Grievance => Registration. After these process you need to fill some required information

    Note - All the Section with # are necessary to fill in application form.
    Don't write your Mobile no. in address section. You have to write about your complaint briefly and give complete your GPF Number / Pension Details. Also have to write 4 digit secret Number.

    Via all these process you can register your complaint online and if you want to check the status of your complaint then select the option of Status Check on the page where you have to enter your complaint number and 4 digit secret code on given section of page.
