    Here you need to enter your Acknowledge Number which is given on receipt received after submit of form. Next you need to click on Status button. Now check all details as name, father name, address, application and others.

    Applicant if no details is given then contact to your nearest concerned authority office and take assistance of staff.

    Procedures for Applying for Caste Certificate
    Applicant you can file online application for caste certificate in Karnataka state. To file online application for caste certificate you need to go to official web portal of Nadakacheri Karnataka.

    On this web page there are given several services options, click on Online Application option. It will move you on next page or see below given link.

    Here you need to login first with a valid mobile number on which notification will be received. Enter Mobile Number and click on Proceed button. It will open a new page on your screen.

    Click on New Request option and check all service in menu, select required service as caste certificate. It will promote you on English or Kannad certificate. Click on English and then on OK button.

    Enter details as follows:
    (a) Select District
    (b) Select Taluk
    (c) Select Hobli
    (d) Sleet Area (Rural / Urban)
    (e) Select Town
    (f) Select Purpose
    (g) Enter Applicant’s Name
    (h) Enter Father / Husband Name
    (i) Enter Reservation Category
    (j) Enter Address
    (k) Enter Mobile Number
    (l) Enter Reservation Category
    (m) Select Application’s ID Type
    (n) Select Caste
    (o) Select Department as Revenue Department
    (p) Select Specific Purpose
    (q) Select Institution
    (r) Enter Pin Code
    (s) Enter Date of Birth
    (t) Enter Total Annual Income
    (u) Select Mode of Delivery of Certificate as by Registered post or Nadakacheri / Bangalore One

    After entering all above details check all details and t will drag a new box on your screen click on Upload documents.

    Now you need to upload all necessary and required documents for caste certificate and then click to Save button.

    Next enter security code and click on Save button. It will provide you acknowledge number on your mobile number.

    Now click on Ok button then click on Online Payment button to pay application fee charges. Then it will show a massage click on OK to proceed further.

    Chose mode of payment as debit card / credit card and net banking and then make payment.

    Procedures for Applying for Income Certificate Online
    Income certificate is an important document which is used at places where income proof is required. Those who have low income can apply for income certificate can avail benefits. Check below given steps to apply for income certificate.

    First of all go to official web portal of Nadakacheri Karnataka and there click on Online Application for income certificate or see below given direct link.

    Enter a Valid Mobile Number, it is used to provide notification then click on Home button.

    Next you need to click on New Request button and select desired application from given menu option as Income Certificate.

    And then you need to select language in which you want certificate as English or Kannad. Select anyone language.

    Fill all details in form as:
    (a) Select District
    (b) Select Taluk
    (c) Select Hobli
    (d) Sleet Area (Rural / Urban)
    (e) Select Town
    (f) Select Purpose
    (g) Enter Name of Applicant
    (h) Enter Father / Husband Name
    (i) Enter Name of Mother
    (j) Enter Name of spouse, if any
    (k) Select Gender (male / female)
    (l) Enter Date of Birth
    (m) Enter Permanent Address (house number, locality, sub – locality, sub – division, district, state, pin code, country)
    (n) Enter Total Income of Family
    (o) Select Mode of Delivery of Income Certificate (Nadakacheri / Bangalore One or Registered Post)

    Next step is to upload all supporting documents and then you need to go click on Save button. Enter code given on your screen in appropriate box then click on Save button and note down acknowledge number given on screen. Next click on Online Payment to pay fee charges.

    Select payment gateway as debt card / credit card / net banking. Select any one mode and make payment. After payment will be generate acknowledge slip mention acknowledge number and also provide acknowledge number on movie number, keep it safe used for future reference.

    Documents Required
    For Income Certificate
    · Address proof (telephone bill, water bill, gas connection receipt, voter id card, adhara card, pan card, bank passbook)
    · Identity proof (voter id card, pan card, passport, adhaar card, driving license)
    · Age proof (birth certificate, passport, school leaving certificate)
    · An affidavit states total income of family
    · Proof of income (salary slip)

    For Caste Certificate
    · Address proof of applicant
    · Identity roof copy to be attached
    · Age proof of applicant
    · Caste certificate copy of any blood relative family member.
