Lost Original mark sheet 10th class Haryana

The board of school education Haryana, Bhiwani can come in under 1969 as per Haryana act no eleven of 1969 with head quarter in Chandigarh then it will shift in Bhiwani January 1981. The first exam is conducted by a staff of 100 officials allocated from Punjab University, Chandigarh. The board can adopt a 10+2 pattern for education. And start the 12^th examination. To enrich more its branch, the Haryana board establishes a Haryana open school in 1994.Now the team of official officers is more than 800 and examines the 10 lakh candidates’ exam by Haryana board. After the exam a proof of passing candidate a marshes and certificate given by the Haryana board of examination.
In some cases the proof of result was lost. In this case they can prove a duplicate copy of mark sheet and certificate to the candidates. The mark sheet can be provided to the authorize candidate by filling the application form.

The mark sheet or certificate can be issued to:-

1. Candidates who lost their mark sheet or certificate can be able to issue the duplicate mark sheet and certificate.
2. The issue of migration certificate in case of when a student can migrate one board to another board.
3. Change in name and surname of the candidate
4. Change of father name or mother name of candidate.

Steps for issue of duplicate mark sheet of certificate

Form can be provided on official website of Haryana board

• Download form first.
• Applicant can be apply for duplicate mark sheet with the fees and one time one application form can be proceed.
• Attach one passport size photograph on the application form.
• Now attach the photograph and form by the head of institute, schools, govt. schools officer where he or she can study.
• For the mark sheet you want to apply enter your old roll no. , year and sessions in column 5 in form.
• Some candidate can’t study in govt. school in this case they can attach the documents by any gazette officer of the education department Haryana or “A” class officer of the board.
• Duplicate mark sheet is reach to candidate by the post
• Duplicate mark sheet can’t be given on same time in urgent case it can be given to the candidate by the verification of the officer with additional fees RS. 300 and normal fee is RS. 100.

In case of 2^nd duplicate copy
If the first copy of mark sheet was lost or stolen submit first copy with additional fees of RS.50.

In case of 3^rd duplicate copy
For getting second copy additional fees is RS. 100. And a fir copy along with the application form.

Fees structure for issue of duplicate copy:-

For first duplicate copy

• Within a month RS. 200
• If require in a week RS. 300
• In urgently two day RS. 500

For second duplicate copy

• Within month RS. 250
• If require in a week RS. 350
• Urgently within two days RS. 550

For third duplicate copy

• within a month RS. 300
• if require in a week RS. 400
• in urgently two day RS. 600
